Creating delicious Brick – LEGO Style ice cream Cuisinart ICE-100
Base recipe direct from the Cuisinart book that comes with the machine.
Ingredients :
1 Cup of milk.
3/4 Cup of sugar.
2 Cups of cream.
1 Tsp vanilla.
3D Gummy Blocks – or equivalent.
Method :
Place all ingredients except for the cream in a container and blend for around 2 minutes.
Sugar should be dissolved.
Add the cream and mix through – Do not blend for more than a few seconds
Place in Cuisinart ice cream machine for 30-40 minutes.
Mix 3D Gummy bears and ice cream in freezer tub.
Place in freezer overnight.
Serve and enjoy
